How much do you charge?

We charge a fixed hire fee of £250 to secure the bar for your event. Then, depending on the service you choose, the drink prices on the night. We also charge a fully refundable ‘damage and loss’ fee. For more information on this, please get in touch.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

We understand some things don’t go to plan. If you need to cancel your booking with us, we have a cancellation policy in place. Your hire fee is fully refundable with over 3 months prior to your date. For anything within 3 months, please see the cancellation policy.

What areas do you cover?

We are happy to travel within a 40 mile radius from Taunton, with no transport fees added. If you are outside of our radius, transport costs can be discussed when booking.

Is a minimum spend required?

Depending on the number of guests at your event, and the duration of your booking with us, a minimum spend may be required. This also depends on what service you book with us. We try to keep this spend low, to ensure its not a worry for you on the day of your event.

What is included in the hire?

All service options come with a fully stocked bar, 2-3 trained and professional staff, and all necessary licenses covered. We use reusable plastic-ware to serve drinks.

What drinks do you offer?

We offer a wide range of alcohol and soft drinks, including 2 draught lines. If you have a preference in drink options you want served at your event, we will do our best to accommodate for you. Hot drinks and coffee are also available.

How much is you Coffee Bar hire and what is included?

The Coffee Bar hire price starts from £400. We will quote you a set price via email once we have received all necessary information regarding your event. This hire comes with hot drinks, fresh pastries and/or bakes included and 2-3 trained staff/baristas to serve you.

What’s the cancellation policy for your Coffee Bar?

Your Coffee Bar package fee is fully refundable with 3 or more weeks to go till your event. Anything less than this, please see the cancellation policy.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, both cash and card payments are accepted where ever your event may be.

How long does it take to set up?

We require at least 2 hours before the event, to set up the bar ready for your guests arrival. We will then pack away as quickly as possible at the end of your booking duration. Our set up and down time is not included in your booking duration, giving you as much time as possible to use our services.

Are you insured?

We are fully insured, with public and product liability cover.
