All packages come with a fully stocked bar and 2-3 trained and professional staff. We will also sort out the TEN license with your local council. We want your event to be as enjoyable and successful as possible, so any personal touches you would like, whether that refers to drink choices or decor, we will do our best to accommodate that for you.

We do require at least 2 hours before and after your event to set up and set down, to ensure we’re ready for when your guests start to arrive.

Need to knows:

• £250 hire fee required when booking the bar.

• Minimum booking duration: 5 hours.

• A fully refundable ‘damage and loss’ payment will be charged within 6 weeks prior to your event.

• A minimum spend may be required.

• The Ox Box will arrange a time for service to stop, prior to your event.

• Card and cash payments accepted.

We also offer a ‘welcome drinks’ package for both options above. A fee per guest will be charged prior to your event. Please get in touch to find out more.
